             In 2013, Winshare Thermal developed our own large skived 大型fin heat sinksand we have been receiving orders from the customers in the photovoltaic industry. This enables Winshare Thermal to enter the PV industry and supply reliable cooling services for the PV industry.

             Inverters used in the PV industry are for the applications of high power machines. The purpose of using PV inverters in power generation systems is twofold. The first purpose is for independent power supplies and the other one is for cut-in applications. Based on the waveform modulation approaches, inverters can be classified into square-wave inverters, stair-step wave inverters, sine-wave inverters, and three-phase combined inverters. For the inverters that are used in cut-in systems, they can be classified into transformer-type inverters and transformerless inverters.

             In a solar energy generating system, the efficiency of an inverter is an important factor that determines the solar cell capacity and the storage battery capacity. Therefore, it is critical to ensure the stability of PV inverter operations. Among those factors, cooling is especially important for a PV inverter. Winshare Thermal strives to make technical breakthroughs on PV inverter cooling and has been producing highly efficient and stable heat sinks by our own high power skived fin production techniques.
